Craniosacral Therapy, a light-touch technique, does an amazing job of finding underlying issues that are being held in the soft tissue. It allows a person to release past traumas and injuries, making it possible to enjoy life at a deeper level. Visceral Manipulation involves gentle manipulation and pressure on the internal organs (viscera) and surrounding tissues to address restrictions and imbalances in the body.

Human design is a tool that uses a person's birth date, time & place to create a personal chart or BodyGraph, that shows how they are wired to operate & thrive in their relationships, work & life.
Healing Touch uses light or near-body touch to clear, balance, energize and support the human energy system to facilitate and support healing for the whole person: mind, body, spirit. Meditation Sessions are designed to educate you on the benefits of meditation, proper technique, and how to create a meditation practice tailored toward your goals, lifestyle and personality.
