What is breathwork?
Breathwork refers to focused breathing techniques designed to help calm your body and mind. In our breathwork classes, Elizabeth will lead you through a circular breath technique while focusing on a specific theme.

We host a breathwork class at the Transformational Healing Center, Inc the second Saturday of each month from 10:00-11:30am. The cost is $25.

In order to streamline the actual class time, we have made an instructional video that explains the circular breathwork technique. This video is mandatory for every new participant to watch before the class. It will also be available to returning participants who need, or want, a refresher.
