About Us
This group is for conversations about the birth process and how to feel more empowered as a parent. Our goal is not to promote any one way of giving birth, but rather to discuss birth options in a constructive, non-judgmental manner.
Monthly Group Meetings
Typically, we meet here on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 7:00-8:30pm and discuss a variety of pregnancy and parenting-related topics. Often, we'll have a guest speaker, round table discussion and question & answer session.
