This group is for conversations about the birth process and how to feel more empowered as a parent. Our goal is not to promote any one way of giving birth, but rather to discuss birth options in a constructive, non-judgmental manner.
Women's Health Series
Mary Jimenez is a Birth Doula and Hormone Coach with Sacred Journeys, LLC and will be teaching a series of classes on women's health. Cost: $15 per class
