Yoga

On Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm, Elizabeth Rockwood teaches a yoga class. This class for beginners or practicing yogis, as poses can always be modified if needed. The class is $10 and there is no need to pre-register. We have some extra yoga mats here but if you have one,  please bring it. All are welcome!
