Chair Yoga: 1st Tuesday of Each Month (beginning September 6th)
Chair yoga is a gentle class that offers the same benefits of other yoga classes, including improved flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as improved awareness and relaxation through breathwork and meditation. Yoga poses are adapted to a chair to help those who may have difficulty in getting up and down from the floor. The chair can be used for seated postures and also for improved stability in standing & balance postures. All levels & abilities are welcome.
Slow Flow Yoga: 3rd Tuesday of Each Month (beginning September 20th)
Slow flow yoga is a slower-paced yet dynamic flow class that emphasizes intentional breath with each movement and smooth transitions between movements. Poses are held longer, with modifications being offered as needed. Emphasis is placed on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
Holy Yoga: (Part of our Self-Care Monthly Retreats & Women's Retreats)
A gentle flowing exploration of postures and breathwork that is designed to open the body and quiet the mind to promote a release of deeply held tensions, both mental and physical. By synchronizing breath and movement, you will find present moment awareness and peace. It is Christ-centered yoga that encourages you to listen to your body as well as your Heavenly Father. Open to all skill levels. Recommended for anyone seeking to unwind, relax and renew.
