We offer a weekly yoga class each Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:30pm, taught by Elizabeth Rockwood. The cost is $10. No reservation needed. **Note: there will be no class on March 18.**

Tap into your Body's Wisdom through the Sound of your Voice. Learn the science behind the benefits of sound on your autonomic nervous system. Learn how to calm or energize your body using your own voice. Vocal toning can also be used to help release old outdated energy patterns that no longer serve who we are NOW. Please join us for a group Sound Bath with Sound Healing Facilitator, Linny Jackson. The cost is $15. If you have a yoga mat and/or blanket, please bring them along. If not, we have a few extra here. Sound baths are monthly on the 3rd Wednesday.
