We offer a weekly yoga class each Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:30pm, taught by Elizabeth Rockwood. The cost is $10. No reservation needed.

SELF CARE NIGHT with A NEW DAY YOGA: "Making Space for New Beginnings" Start your new year with intention and clarity! Join us for a self-care class focused on releasing what no longer serves you and inviting fresh possibilities into your life. This event will include yoga, meditation, and a sound bath. $30 per person. Reserve your spot by calling Kristen at 812-525-5395.

Please join us for a group Sound Bath with Sound Healing Facilitator, Linny Jackson. The cost is $15. If you have a yoga mat and/or blanket, please bring them along. If not, we have a few extra here. Sound baths are monthly on the 3rd Wednesday.

Please join us for the first of its kind Women's Wellness Retreat! Much of our focus will be on managing healthy hormones for women of all ages. We will begin at 6:30pm Thursday, March 20th and conclude Saturday, March 22 at 2:00pm. This will take place at the Southeastern Baptist Youth Camp outside of Greensburg, IN. The cost is $475 and includes lodging, all meals and the retreat, but if you register by 2/1/25 we are offering an early bird discount of $50!

We have chosen dates for our Annual Women's Retreat at Pyoca in September to give you plenty of planning notice. The registration link and more details will be posted closer to the date!
