Dr. Stacey has been practicing Physical Therapy for 15 years in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes, private outpatient clinics, and home care. Her training in dry needling, cupping and gua sha adds to her comprehensive physical therapy treatment programs, and she has both experienced and observed the positive impact that this treatment modality, as well as other manual therapies, can have on a patient’s healing journey.
Dr. Stacey has been continuously working toward her own optimal health and well-being for the last 7+ years. She understands how much a multi-faceted team approach in treating all aspects of an individual body, not only the physical, can lead to greater, longer-lasting healing. Her PT knowledge, combined with other services at Transformational Healing Center, will help patients reach their goals and live healthier, happier lives.
Dr. Stacey is also a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor. She hopes to combine her love for meditation, breathwork, and yoga with her PT practice where appropriate to help her patients heal not only their physical bodies, but also their mind and spirit.
Outside of work, Dr. Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, practicing yoga/meditation, dancing, baking “healthier” desserts, and being active outdoors.
